He lost to the man Pac had destroyed...and Clottey knowing this went into the fight to survive and collect, instead of going in there with a Warrior mentallity.
I think Clottey can give anybody besides Pacquiao and Paul Williams problems at 147, Mayweather included.
I would love see to Clottey fight Berto. I think that's a really stiff test for the young champ. Or maybe he should fight Collazo or Cintron to try to move back into contention
This what I'm talking about. Clottey brings in no money, no one sees him as relevant, and no one who fights him will look good even if they win. Fighting Clottey is hurting yourself.
This thread is ******ed... when was Clottey ever outspoken and in the open.. The guy lives in Africa.. I am sure he is spending time with his family.. sorry he is not here to entertain arm chair warriors like yourself
Didn't HBO seriously claim they won't be hosting any of his fights anymore or was that a joke?, if so then I can understand why he's hiding.
he walked away with a cool mil and his brain intact. smart guy.. like he gives a **** if you ever watch him fight again.
Working his way back up is fighting Contenders, like what Margarito just did...Not getting the opportunity to fight the cream of the crop AGAIN after two consecutive losses. :verysad
1mil doesn't go along way for many boxers. He'll be back, and then he'll wish he gave a **** about the fans when no one shows up to watch him fight.
