    I have been saying this for a while

    The kid is a huge 147lber and has decent power but I think his style won't work @ world level.
    He doesn't have the raw speed to out gun some of these top welterweights, he will have to change his style and start using a guard instead of relying on reflexes.

    I think he cuts so much weight its detrimental to his stamina, he sometimes looks gassed after a few rounds against bums (I admit he has never actually slowed down or needed breaks), but I think with pressure from top fighters I wonder if he would crumble if the going gets tough. I suppose he doesn't have to rush and has time on his side, so we will have to wait and see.

    I think Anthony Fowler would beat him if he moved up to 154

    I haven’t seen people hype him yet. Of course we don’t know the truth yet until he fights a real opponent but I like him.

    If you're looking looking for a British welterweight who is ridiculously hyped up and is a brutal KO waiting to happen, ladies and gentleman may I introduce you to..

    Conor Benn.

    I'd back Kelly (5-0) to give Benn (11-0) a beating right this second now and that's why Hearn hasn't even mentioned it, he did Okolie/Chamberlain and let it top a bill but he won't do Benn Vs Kelly because Benn would be exposed for what he is.

    Not an accident waiting to happen, he’s skilled but I’m not sold he’s as good as hype and YouTube view numbers suggest.

    It’ll take another couple of step ups in opposition to really be sure of how far he can go. A lot of talk of Euro titles and gatekeeper opposition already. If that’s true, we’ll learn a lot.

    Good to watch, can’t deny that.

    He did Okolie and Chamberlain because there was demand for it, as there always is for a fight between two londoners.

    There's no demand for Kelly/Benn.
