    No. His skin wasn't "okay". He was marked and busted from R4 or R5 on and his face was looking to explode anytime soon at one point. And Prograis didn't even try to fight in close distance. He was just throwing some basic stuff from range. Taylor has very bad skin and this will be a major problem once he's facing a big puncher who has decent inside game.

    You're missing the point bro.
    1. Right, i picked Prograis to win, but it was a mistake because i massively overrated Prograis and i wrote it 5x since he clearly lost the fight.
    2. I would be mad at myself if i would have lost money on Prograis but i didn't bet him at those shitty prices.
    3. If i would be a sore loser or whatever i would complain about a robbery or sum other BS like other guys do. No, Prograis lost clearly, was outworked and outhustled by a warrior and skilled boxer.
    4. I never denied the skillset of Josh Taylor. You need to learn to read more carefully bruuuuh.
    5. You're missing the point. My point is his skin. It's terrible. And this is a shame as he's such a great fighter who will never go anywhere from here. He won the WBSS tournament and this was a good tournament but let's not forget 140 is a weak weight class with almost no depth. Taylor has no perspective in moving up. The 147 guys would most likely destroy his face once and for all.

    Luis Ortiz's best win is Bryant Jennings for goodness sake followed closely by a 45 y/0 Tony Thompson or Scuba Scott all three of whom can't punch their way through cobwebs :lol:

    You're opinion on him is already undermined by your fight pick.

    You seem unduly concerned for his skin. Don't worry about it, that's what cut men are for, & it hasn't stopped him from so far has it? Worry about it if & when it does cherub.. ok?

    The Postol fight was worrying as he’s a level below the best but Prograis is legit and a very good win.

    Taylor was only 12-0 when he fought Postol who is Crawford's best win and he'd never been past 9 rounds before and only fought one world class opponent.

    Crawford was 28-0 when he fought Postol and it was his 7th world title fight and he'd been into the 10th and beyond something like 5 times before.

    And Taylor was giving away 4'' in reach to Postol whereas Crawford had a slight reach advantage over the Ukrainian and a 5lb weight advantage whereas Taylor and Postol would've weighed about the same. Crawford was coming in as heavy at 135 as career 140 pounders Taylor and Postol weigh up at 140 and with his 74'' reach has never once been at a reach disadvantage in any of his world title fights.

    Benavidez was lighting him up all night despite the fact that he's a peg-leg cripple whose gammy leg causes him so much pain he has difficulty moving in and out of range. Even during training he has to contend with excruciating pain.

    Crawford ran like a thief in the night against Postol.

    Taylor’s skin is inferior. He should be aloud to compete with the lady’s and the trans’s.

    His skin is like tissue paper. I would be concerned a badly angled hook could rip off a big chunk of his face.
