Yeah it's unfortunate but certainly not surprising. Not very often many relationships last from start to finish in boxing.

Think theres a stark difference between legitimately leaving Cyclone promotions and assaulting then robbing someone. Cyclone aren't big enough to promote at the top level its that simple, they can get a new pro to a decent level but breaking america etc they just dont have the calibre nor experience

Barry and Shane have had 20% this far, theyve been paid and Josh seeks bigger things that cyclone arent able to deliver.

He shouldn’t have signed a contract with them then. They were willing to take a gamble and deserve to reap the rewards. But if they have breached the contract then fair enough.

He can chose who to sign a contract with, he obviously feels that Cyclone have taken him as far as they can and its time to move on. Would you rather TopRank or Cyclone promoted you if your dream was to fight the big fights in America?

The truth is, Cyclone arent big enough to compete at the top table. They do a good job to a certain level but they arent going to topple TR, GB, MR or Warren.

I didn’t realise he was 30. So yeah he really did need to go now and get the most out of his career and earning potential. Good luck to him.

The problem is Frampton ended up with Warren, who doesn't have the clout of Arum. Arum has the means to take care of this outside of court.

the small bits and pieces I’ve seen with the Frampton court case seems to keep getting delayed and pushed back to a new date, everytime I’ve tried to check for any updates there doesn’t seem to be much on it on the internet.
