I have more of an understanding than you, you don't even know you have to qualify for the world championships now and you don't even know that they aren't sending Selby to the qualifiers

if you had understanding of the amateur game you would realise its now impossible for Selby to go to the world championships

 

sent Mohammed Ali to the last one

 

well he was poor at the commenwealths, had one wsb fight where he got stopped and got his faced smashed in and he hasn't been seen from since. there must be something seriously wrong with him because there sending ali to the world championship qualifiers ahead of him

Am sorry mate but if you think you should be getting shoehorned straight to podium in the back a commonwealth games win I can't agree. The commonwealth games standard is nowhere near or a worlds or a Europeans. It's a poor tournament tbh.

There hasn't been one, that's why. Ali is podium now aswell an sure, still don't knw why young batesons not getting sent. He didn't get sent to eu's either, seems strange.

 

agreed commonwealths aren't a measure of a fighter at all

 

the euro games is a qualifier for the world championships, the world championships is a qualifier for the oylmpics, your supposed to send your number 1 and that is mohammed ali now

anyway the world championships is a huge tournament in itself and gb has no intention of sending Selby by the looks of it

 

I think its also great that great britian are no longer aloud send 4 boxers in each weight class to the European and world championships and Olympic qualifiers , that was a ridiculous advantage
