Josh Taylor: The Scottish Winds Are Violently Wailing-Brace Yourselves For The Tartan Tornado.

His only flaw seeme to be his lack of experience(which is a given) and the fact that he doesn't really move his head.
The head is always there, so it's rather predictable, something Prograis will take advantage of.

But besides that... hes perfect! Always moving, changing angles, changing levels, feinting, probing. Great body puncher. Doesn't over commit.

 

How's his chin?

 

I rate this guy extremely highly, Legit one of the best prospects out there right now, How he deals with Prograis will answer the few questions i have of him, If hes as good as i think, i think he is genuinely very special, If he can go on to clean up 140 and there are some huge fights at 147 for him possibly in the future.

No idea really. I recall only Postol landing solid on him. Postol is clearly not the biggest puncher, but he does have deceptive power.
Seems solid thus far. But Prograis will likely test it if Baranchyk doesn't.

 

I think Taylor will be dissecting and punishing Baranchyk by the time the fight hits the mid-rounds. Josh is going to make Ivan pay for continually loading up and missing wildly. I'm thinking TKO around the 7th or 8th. Taylor is quickly becoming one of my favorite fighters to watch. Dude is the cat's pj's, man.

 

I like Taylor very much, he would have whipped Prograis' ass, it's just too bad he was in The Beast's bracket. Ivan gonna smash the pretty off of JT's face

 

I just watched the Taylor-Baranchyk fight. Taylor is an *******. I hope Prograis KOs him. Time and again he was rubbing the laces into Baranchyk's face. No excuse for it. And then he using his shoulder to create distance and the ref didn't say a damned thing. These announcers were terribly biased. Take him out, Regis. Try that **** on Prograis and Taylor is going to pay dearly.
