Josh Taylor vs Amir Khan

Anybody who knows me on here will know I am nowhere near a Khan fan but..

Khan won Olympic silver at 17 years old, turned professional at 18 years old, he was a world champion at 22 years old.

Josh Taylor is 25, 26 in a few months, didn't win an Olympic medal and just picked up a vacant commonwealth title against a seriously poor Dave Ryan.

So have a day off you spastic

If you read the first line, I say I'm nowhere near a Khan fan, I think he isn't a delusional moron but you can't deny Khan did those things at a young age.

No, but if you are trying to compare them after 7 pro fights each then 6 year age gap is huge in terms of experience and physical development.

You are comparing Khan at 18-19 years old (a baby in boxing terms) to a Taylor who has developed "man strength" in his mid 20's.

Those sorts of things have to be taken in to consideration.

what was Taylor doing when he was 17-22 years old? Khan was winning Olympic silver and world title at that age.

So if you are going to compare them after 7 pro fights each, then you have to compare them at the same ages also you clueless moby.

Mortal you just said exactly what I said in my post, fighters developed at different times, you asked a question about Khan and Taylor, I was pointing out to you if you want to compare them then you have to take age and development in to consideration.

But according to you we don't have to do that but also according you fighters mature at differently.
