Josh Taylor vs Bud Crawford

Depends when, right now you'd have to favour Crawford b/c Josh has no experience of 147 , but I don't see the fight happening for a good 12 months at least and by that time Crawford will be mid 30s.. there is a lot of similarities between them too.. It's a brilliant fight.. ideally i'd prefer Taylor to have a bedding in fight at welterweight 1st.. which I think he'll do, because he's a smart individual. What happened to Spence v Crawford?

 

This is getting pathetic now Crawford the weight bully still picking on 140lbers (or a guy who hasn't had any fights at 147) Can he just fight someone at 147 who will provide a decent level of resistance.. Absolute fraud doesn't deserve anywhere near the top 10 P4P list. Weight bullied his way to undisputed and fought cherries at 147

 

There is no scenario when I see Taylor winning a fight against Crawford.

Crawford wins but Taylor would be his best opponent by far and possibly toughest challenge out there, other than Spence

Ofc taylor is considerably smaller than spence Jr and bob better will prefer this fight to happen not craw vs spence Jr.

If Taylor does have brains, he should demand Crawford to fight vs him with 140 lbs weight in limit and in U.K not in US. He needs also put Crawford on clauses, also rehydration clause.

 

Taylor is fantastic and is making the most of his talent. The guy is already a uk great, but he is not beating bud

 

Most likely you are correct and not because bud is better boxer.
Bud is weight bully at 147 lbs who does not fight vs another weight bully in Spence Jr.
Instead bob wish him to beat taylor.

If Taylor will have fight vs Crawford in U.K with weight in limit 140 lbs ( I'm not sure is bud even able to make this weight ), with Bud on rehydration clause etc clauses, then Terence will loss this fight.

Bud is a weight bully at 147 lbs who did not had fought vs Spence Jr. Looks that Spence Jr is not enough small for him.

 

Terrible match making for Josh. There's one thing being a warrior etc and another thing throwing your prime earning potential away.

Bud too big too strong too fast.

From Bud's perspective, it's embarrassing that this is his best possible match up. At this point, he's becoming irrelevant

 

taylor beat regis and ramirez, competitively. what else am i missing that makes him a favorite over, even a thurman?

 

at least get a tune up fight when moving up. this does not make sense. maybe bob is throwing another fighter under the bus.
