    El Gato is a crafty fighter in his own right, but Taylor too sharp, too hard hitting, too nasty, round 8 ko for The Tartan Tornado.

    It will be interesting to see what Catterall can do against Taylor. Good fight

    Good domestic scrap. Taylor ends up whipping Catterall after a spirited effort by the challenger.

    And the solitary 1 in there was a loss to Bud Crawford! The Postol fight especially was an early indicator for anyone who hadn't been following Taylor up to that point that he was going to be shooting for the stars. Obviously Postol since lost a dubious decision to Ramirez, but that was a big brass balls step up.

    Stopping Vazquez in the manner he did is such an underrated win imo nobody had done it up until he did as a 10-0 prospect.
