I overslept, so read through the rbr thread and as ever you guys didn't let me down. Thanks @McGrain for some detailed round summaries and the usual suspects for their acumen. Next best thing to being there.

Ps you can hear Costello and bunce coverage replayed on bbc sports extra now.

Bayliss NEVER said Break, he maybe looked like he was about to, but didn't. Even Jose himself admitted he was undisciplined and should have been more diligent there!

Josh might get his Edinburgh Castle dream - defending all the belts at Edinburgh catsle should be makable with Catterall being UK based - he's juts not much of a name either.

Because he figured the ref was going to break, and he didnt protect himself at all times. He got caught slipping, no one to blame but himself. Fair play to Taylor.

Really, really good fight, which did both fighters credit.

Called it 116-111, giving Ramirez 3 and 4, along with the last two. I scored a rare even round in the second, since I thought both fighters did decent work and landed at about the same clip. I know we're not supposed to, but I did and I don't feel guilty about it. 114-112 cards seemed a bit close, but really it's only one or two rounds off my tally, and I know the margin narrowed primarily due to the fact that Taylor took his foot off the gas and cruised a bit in the last couple of frames. It was Taylor's fight to lose after the KD's, and he made sure that he didn't.

Either way, Taylor's a deserving winner and has earned a spot well within my personal p4p list after completing full unification. Interesting to see where he goes from here.

That's a fight that could appeal for several reasons. Primarily of course it would make money and although catterall is good Taylor should have too much for him. Of course it's a mistake for him to look past Jack but that's not my problem so doing just that...

With all the belts he's a big story, this is a chance to grow a domestic PPV audience in advance of whatever he chooses to do next. A big partisan crowd and big ppv dales for an all British bout for all the marbles would go a long way to increasing his drawing power and leverage for a big challenge if he moves up to fight one of the big draws at welterweight.

Ps interesting costello, bunce and joe Gallagher all agreed on the scoring with the judges. They all had it a draw with the KO's being decisive.

I knew it was 114-112 to taylor, but at least he admits he lost 4 rounds. There was too many close rounds, so it not far fetched to think Ramire won another round or too, especially looking at how good He closed the last 2 rounds. Hats off to Taylor, but i hope to the man upstairs he doesnt give arum or duckford the satisfaction next..

Great fight, deserved winner. Thought the scorecards were awful to be honest. I gave Taylor a couple more rounds.

    Ref was awful too.

Taylor didn't give anyone the chance to take it away from him in the end with the two KDs.

    Really skillfull and tough fighter.
