I really hope Ngabu lands something huge, otherwise it will probably be a dull and ugly fight.

I think it's going to be a lot more competitive and grueling fight than most people think. I smell an upset here. Ngabu is NO joke and has the style to beat the Okolipus.

I wouldn't even call it an upset. Okolie never impressed me in any of the fights I was unfortunate enough to watch.

According to Sky Sports and many of the Matchroom mongs it will be an upset when Okolipus finally loses.

A lot comes down to the referee and whether when the fight moves to the inside Okolipus is allowed to hug him to death.

I’m injured today so can’t leave the house let alone go gym. Reckon this will be the first show I’ve seen in years from the very beginning lol.

My picks to win (not necessarily who I’m supporting):

    - Prograis v Taylor (Draw: think this will be the first WBSS fight to be scored a draw and decided by the fourth judge which I think is how it is done)
    - Chisora to absolutely spark out Price “oh dear!” style
    - Okolie to KO Ngabu in an awful fight
    - Selby to beat Burns on points in an absolute stinker of the century distance fight (if anyone wants to play me on chess.com during this fight please give me a shout)
    - Benn to KO Jamoye early

Don’t care about any other fights really.

Same here, and same here. I have a feeling the goons at Matchroom might have made another ginormous miscalculation, because it's pretty obvious they don't know **** about boxing to begin with. Ngabu is knocking on the door of Top 10, his win over Nielsen was more comprehensive and far more damaging than Lerena's who's one of the top dogs (sadly) at Cruiser.

I'm feeling in a sadomasochistic mood today, so I'm picking a clean sweep of upsets.

    Yves Ngabu vs. Lawrence Okolie
Aside from Askin, Ngabu is Okolie's stiffest challenge to date, I have a feeling that the Okolipus will be out in full effect today, but here's the catch, Ngabu is great on the inside, throws punches in bunches, is great at using angles, also I doubt Okolie can play grabass and stink finger with him all fight, Yves will outmuscle him. Ngabu will be savvy and defensive enough early and walk him onto something big, rock him to his core, he'll be out on his feet. He'll go for the kill and finish him.

    Ricky Burns vs. Lee Selby
Selby's first real fight at 135, Burns is not as tall, but the far more natural at the weight, and somehow Lee still looked gaunt at the weigh in. I think Burns will do a number on him quite frankly. Lee is coming off of going life and death with Omar Douglas, Burns will give him everything he can handle and then some. Burns will be able to take his power fine, and walk through him. I think it'll end up looking like the Di Rocco match, with yes, The Rickster scoring a rare TKO victory.

    Dereck Chisora vs. David Price
While conventional wisdom would tell you, Chisora probably wins by vicious KO. Think about this for a second, Chisora looked like ass against Gashi, got violently KO'd against Whyte less than a year ago and was hurt early in that fight as well, looked horrid against Takam and on the verge of being stopped himself. Price is coming off of a great performance. His form is good as is his self belief. Who's to say Delboy doesn't get too aggressive early and walk onto something huge early? The uppercut is there for Price as is clean flush straight rights. The end result here isn't a foregone conclusion. Especially when you take into consideration Chisora is training himself for this fight. Price has a chance. Not guaranteeing it, but I'm going with Price by early TKO cautiously.

    Josh Taylor vs. Regis Prograis
Genuine 50/50 toss up. It could go either way. If it turns into a scrap, who has the advantage on the inside? Both do good work there. Who is better from the outside, both more than hold their own there as well. Can Taylor taking the Rougarou's power id he lands flush? Can Prograis take Taylor's power if he lands flush? This is a winnable fight for both and a coin toss. Personally I think Taylor's size will prove to be too much and Regis will walk into something big late, and get stopped, maybe even after dropping Taylor early. Taylor TKO10. Although I don't really view this as an upset.

I'm too broke to watch the main fight but I'll probably watch a bit of the undercard, if it's free.

I'll get my predictions in now tho,

Taylor UD12, too accurate and sharp. Beats Prograis to the punch and out maneuvers him to take a 115-112 type decision.

Chisora KO6, Big Truck has a few moments of success early on but is wore down by Chisora's aggression and brutally stopped by an overhand.
I can hear it now, Adam Smith:
And that's what we were worried about!

Okolie UD12, he just grabs him to the a frightful UD.

Selby UD12, I think Burns is gone now, whilst Selby is smaller, I think he's too quick and slick for Ricky and it shows tonight.

I'll also wager that at least 2 of these are wrong.

It's the only one on my acca I'm not confident in, he could struggle to land on Selby if he has the engine to keep moving.
