Now that is an exciting matchup. Who wins that matchup? Teo is calling him out. Should he accept or move up to 147?
Taylor does what Loma did to Teo in the second half of their fight, only he starts 6 rounds earlier, and stops him late.
Ohh, I think it might be nice fight. Teo definitely should sign clauses and travel to U.K, undergo testing and fight in U.K.
TLO by TKO 9. Loma has that blinding perplexing style. The angles and quick shots you don't see hurts you. Taylor is good but i think he is not a hard fighter to figure out. Once he gets him figured out. TLO's power, speed and explosiveness will take over. It's a take over!
Can you add a poll please ? Would love to see how the forum thinks about this. See Taylor winning some early rounds and Teo figuring him out and taking over from round 5 on . Lopez 117-111
I highly doubt Teo would take that fight. He still has many lucrative options in his division. On the other hand, I'd much prefer Taylor vs Crawford. That fight makes more sense in every aspect. They are both relatively high risk/law reward fighters as they are both top 5 P4P fighters with little media interest. They both need top competition. It'd make perfect sense to me if they fight sometime next year after perhaps Taylor takes a tune up at 147 later this year.
Crawford needs to fight vs Spence Jr to get more belts. Today he does have only 1 belt and is name only in U.S. Taylor might be advertised and turned into popular even without Teo or Crawford cos he does have 4 belts and if he will get better PR, he will generate money. He might fight only in U.K and for sure offer to sign clauses and to have tested in UK opponents etc.
I don't think Crawford vs Spence is going to happen, likely ever. Taylor's unification fight wasn't even aired in the UK. That's how much they are indifferent to him. I don't expect that to just change while Taylor fights mediocre opposition. I think fighting Crawford is his only chance to turn that tide. I'd imagine both Taylor and Crawford is going to be willing to make that fight happen.
he has already said he wants to move up & wants this fight specifically just not in the UK https://www.dazn.com/en-US/news/box...but-not-in-britain/1u88zzqa2v9hf1hoqqeaercfnv
Would be a great fight. I’d have to favor Taylor as he is The unified champ in the division & naturally the bigger dude. Very hard to pick against him at this point. He has answered all questions. Teófimo does have dynamite but would he carry it with him up to the next division? only one way to find out.
