    Sorry mate I missed this.

I think he's very talented indeed but he needs more experience under his belt. The fact that he was able to beat Vasquez and Postol at this early stage of his career is very impressive and proves he's the goods.

Missed this one too. Sorry about that.

Yeah he was definitely a bit nervous and tense and he didn't perform as well as he could of. But that's were the lack of experience comes in.

Through 6 rounds Postol vs Taylor has been pretty easy to score imo 4-2 Postol 1,3,4 & 5 Postol 2 & 6 Taylor.

Lewis is shameless Postol had Taylor visibly hurt in the 7th and he stops the action to warn Postol for roughhousing with his shoulder trying to break the clinch (to let Taylor recover) but he lets Taylor use elbows, forearms, and headbutts on the inside when trying to break Postols clinch and Lewis doesn't say a word about that. How does this douche still get work.

    5-2 68-65 Postol after 7.

I thought Taylor got the better of round 8.

    5-3 77-75 Postol after 8.

Taylor lead with his head and butted Postol hard 4 different times leading up to the knockdown in the 10th.

Poor cards.....but, you could've made a case for any of the 3 outcomes.

Hugely impressive win for a 13-0 prospect though.

Comparisons with Crawford are pointless....Crawford only had 2 opponents with a winning record in 13 fights!

Crawford's 13th opponent was Anthony More, who he KO'd in 1.

Mora was coming off of almost 5 consecutive KO losses, broken up by one UD loss, at the hands of Josesito, Bailey, Nugaev, Hudaynazarov (KO1) and Jose Armando Santa Cruz.

Josh Taylor's 13th opponent was Viktor Postol.

Yeah but Taylor's 27 so how many pro opponents he's had is meaningless, so he still did worse against Postol then Crawford did o_O

And styles make fights. Crawford beat him by imitating him and running, Taylor beat him while playing right into Postol's hands. Which in reality is more impressive?

Just saw someone on another forum mention that Taylor suffered a bad head injury when he was young so I did a search on Google for some info on it and found this

I wondered how he got that scar on his cheek. I thought it someone might have slashed his face (lot of knife crime in Scotland) but he actually got his cheek smashed in with a golf club when he was a little boy (accidentally) and needed 90 stitches and plastic surgery to repair it. He's lucky he escaped with his life.

By your logic, Lomachenko's resume isn't that great given his age then....

If a guy took up boxing today at 40...and unified the HW division in 2019, is that not impressive because of his age?

lol ouch. I tried to catch a golf ball once. Some guy did his tee shot and even though I was pretty far away from him it still hurt like hell when the ball went straight through my outstretched arms and hands and landed with a loud thud with plenty of speed behind it in the middle of my chest. Not the best idea I ever had but in my defence I was in my early teens lol
