I posted a long one in British side, so try keep it simple.
    1. Joke Cards
    2. Great fight
    3. Postol troubles other 140's still
    4. Taylor is green but good
    5. I'd rather Taylor enter WBSS as fighting Ramirez in Cali will mean a return in Karma. Taylor will not beat Ramirez on points there regardless of how he performs, simple.
    6. Taylor/Ramirez/Prograis/Lipinets all have a play in new 140 field, all have strong & weak points. I'd love to see them face each other.
Great fight. Postol looked the bigger man which until the weight in I wasn't fully expecting, used his size to help control Taylor on the inside, and his jab/feet to fluster and frustrate Taylor at range. One thing though from a Taylor fan perspective, I always look at three ways to win in basic terms. Outbox, outfight, outwork and after 8 rounds & the fight so close, you would think the ex World Champ with lots more pro rounds & higher standard of wins/fight on his resume, having hurt Taylor in the Seventh would have closed the show stronger. And that is why I still think Taylor is legit, that took balls, talent & will to see that through. Taylor over 12 with more experience will be hard for some to outbox, some to outfight & some to outwork, if he puts it all together. Good luck. And he has some pop & great body work (Not tonight really)

Well done both. Can't wait to see what's next. Judges are morons.

Crawford did not have a promoter in his 13th fight. He didn't even get "discovered" until he 18 fights.

Crawford wasn't even signed with a promoter until bout 18 you moron. He was fighting on regional cards. And by the way Crawford "ran" enough to knock Postol down 2 times and win at least 10 of 12 rounds. How does THAT compare to last night?? Spin spin spin = Yeah but, Yeah but

Taylor's fight should not be compared to Crawford-Postol. As a Taylor fan, I'm delighted Josh took it on & won in only his 13th fight BUT Crawford after a few feel out rounds put on a clinic against Postol.

Crawford is the best on the planet for me, I don't think Taylor will reach that level. But he'll still be a hell of a fighter, and has a real chance to be the best at 140.

Crawford is special, legit & quite simply the best. He makes it look easy to be honest.

The 140 pound division is wide open at the moment, and they're all basically at the same level as well. The only one who really stands out in the bunch is Prograis. So it's entirely plausible for Taylor to pick up a belt, and take over the division, but he's going to have to fine tune a few things first. Good division.

Sergio Martinez said on twitter Taylor-Prograis should be fight to be king of 140, can't say I argue to much on that.

I think it's funny the people who were waiting with bated breath for Postol to get KO'd so they could trash Crawford still refuse to give Crawford any credit even though he did better against a better version of Postol.

Its still Bud's best win for me by a long shot. I know it wasn't the most exciting performance, but nobody else at 140 would make it look that easy and business-as-usual like as Bud did. Postol isn't great, but he's really good.

Funny how that works, isn't it? Even the betting line of the fight was heavily in favorite of Postol being stopped.

You would imagine a vastly different outcome than what everyone expected (Competitive, tight fight where both men were hurt as opposed to a one sided knockout) would change perceptions accordingly. People just begrudgingly stick to the same old tune as if they were right all along. Bizarre.

Some beard Postol showed though... I think he's probably cracked the top 5-10 chins P4P. To eat Crawfords(been on a stoppage tear) and Taylor's best is mighty impressive.

Yeah, he took some hellacious punches, KO blows, clean on the chin. The type that almost always end fights, with the head snapping around violently and everything.

Strange though that for such a good chin he also basically has three knockdowns against him in the past three fights, against wildly varying levels of competition. Maybe it's just heart and resilience we should be applauding and not his chin.

I like how he fights, he's one of my favourites to watch and I appreciate how good he is. But I'm a fan of Taylor in the sense that I've followed his career since the amateur game. Crawford probably since the Burns fight, so although not a fan in the sense I read articles & stuff about him, I like him.

    I was being sarcastic ;)

But totally agree Crawford did a number on Postol.

I'll be honest and hold my hands up I thought Postol would win and thought he was a solid fighter (which he is) and I remember a conversation I had with @Pimp C in which I said if Crawford won I would finally admit that he was the real deal.

Now not only did he win but he put on a masterclass and completely shut Postol down.

    It's Crawford's best win imo.
