Prograis can outbox behind the jab at long-range, but not outfight him inside. Not even a maybe.

Ramirez seems to be developing into a pretty good fighter. Always thought it was disgraceful the way that Arum hid him from Prograis, but it was a great business decision for Ramirez, if he really got 4 mil to fight Hooker. He wouldn't have gotten that if he had of taken an L from Prograis.

Josh is excellent on the inside, superior I think to Prograis, and he has better power than some of my countrymen (Americans) care to admit. Josh will have more than a few moments if the hard-hitting Cajun elects to stay in the pocket all night. Both fighters, however, are the class of the division.

Agreed. As I noted, Josh is superb in a phone booth. That said, I do wish he'd use his length and long arsenal a bit more.

I agree josh has a decent jab but it's only used for getting him into range.if he had a stiff jab and the patience to stand at long range more often it would add another layer to his game I feel.he is a bit overly offensive imo and it puts him in danger too often But it's exciting to watch!

Very true. Josh seems to use the jab more as a range finder and as a mechanism to close distance. I'd like to see him use it, as he has more than enough length and hand speed, as a means to disrupt his opponent's offense more. Perhaps in time he'll continue to develop that aspect of his arsenal. Similarly I think Josh prefers to "mix it up" more than I think is entirely necessary, given his skill set and ring IQ.

Yeah he's hyperactive in the ring and full of energy. He did say about the baranchyk fight that he felt he wasn't doing enough hence he started sitting in the pocket and trading. He does get hit more often than he should but nobody's had the power to deter him as of yet!
