Finally got round to watching Josh Taylor's debut on Frampton's undercard. Very impressive performance and looks like he's going to adjust to the pro game nicely. Was also refreshing to see a promising talent from the UK fighting on their debut against someone who actually looked like they've laced up a pair of gloves before, clichéd I know but Weah came to win. No idea what Taylors chin's like but at the moment it looks like he has all the right tools to get to the top.
Wonder if his peers expect him to aviod the best domestic dust up and actuall want to see him paid well opps
Really rate Josh, i have been with him at youth international level and even then you could see he had that bit of quality.
Seems to "live the life" as well which is a must at this stage in his career. Really excited to see how far he can go.
Early on, hard to judge but I would be very surprised if he does not reach and have success least at Euro level, but I would not limit him to reaching higher than that.
Very sharp puncher is Josh and hopefully his power will improve now he'll start sitting on his punches more
In fairness I haven't seen him in the gym for a few years so he may have developed a punch down at Sheffield, very talented lad and a nice lad to boot
No surprise with your chin!! Everyone of your losses has been by KO after being dropped several times
