    Hey... everyone thought I was crazy when I picked Warrington beat Selby, and I gave the reasons why, it won't be as easy for Josh here, but he can do it due to many of the same reasons, his rhythm is damn hard to figure out, even for a guy like Frampton.

    And I picked Warrington too if you recall. It's on record here somewhere. And it's about the only pick I've ever made. Until now. Carl has too many ways to win this fight. Lee 'cadaver' Selby had one, very ineffective, game plan which went out of the window once Warrington was happy to walk through his 'walking dead' work. Frampton to counter his way to a UD...

    Maybe, or maybe not, this isn't going to be an easy night for Carl, and it definitely won't be a walk in the park for Josh either, either man could win this, its 50/50 IMO.

    Agreed. If Carl can't stand the heat, he will be worn down, and he has a habit of running out of gas in the 2nd half of fights. So I can see Warrington's route to victory, I'm just not so sure he has the skills to walk it...

    Finally Warren is putting on a decent fight!


    Warrington for me too.

    I think it may simply come down to Warrington being hungrier.

    Frampton hasn't shown a work rate recently which can match that of Warrington's against Selby.

    That's kind of my line of thinking, I see Josh's odd rhythm giving Carl fits for the first few rounds, and by the time Carl figures him out, he'll be gassing from the frantic pace, and Josh will take a fairly large chunk of the second half as well.

    I do feel Carl's hunger has been reinvigorated by teaming up with Jamie Moore. When he was first announced I thought 'WTF' but he's impressed me as a trainer and especially his corner work. I think they gel well.

    Miles on the clock might be Frampton's biggest disadvantage, though...
