I’m not sure anyone is really questioning the effort. What did you think of the fight itself though?

 

O'Connell was punching back even as the ref stepped in. Maybe he'd seen enough too.

No question these boxers try hard and like a scrap, but it's not pretty to watch. Mind you, plenty men's fights are brutal too.

Yes biased because most guys on here just criticise regardless of what is happening in the ring.Taylor v Serrano and Claressa Shields v Savannah Marshall were both very skillful fights but the alpha males still were moaning

The sort of girl that would enjoy an encounter with Hoby Buchanon.

I know its not great skill wise but i really enjoy these womens fights i think the 2 minute rounds ensures the action comes thick and fast

Didn't watch taylor vs serrano, but shields vs marshall was class.

This bridges fight was low quality button mashing, with the 40 year old lass gassing after 3 rounds even though she's probably less than 9 stone.

 

how was shields marshall class it was a totla shutout mismatch marshall was pathetic
