Josh Warrington vs. Mauricio Lara Acosta & Leigh Wood vs. Reece Mould RBR.

Only 6 rounds gone and both fighters have been through it, mould was dropped and looked finished at one point but now he looks to have recovered and wood looks ragged. I knew this would turn out to be a good fight

Wood should throw more uppercuts here.

Not sure why Wood hasn't figured out what Moulds biggest weakness is: Mould is just covering up and freezing up if you start to throw combinations at him. But Wood really isn't throwing a lot of combinations. He's basically throwing only single hand counters and a few 1,2s. Mould back to walking Wood down and Wood looking for the counter. Wood landing a couple of counters late in the round, knocking Mould off balance. The left eye of Wood is damaged, he's bleeding.

 

Wood is on Mould like, well, mold on wood. Beating him up now.

 

Can’t beat a domestic 50/50.

 

This is still fairly even apart from mould being dropped. Both fighters are going to feel it in the morning

Wood probably knows the judges will give him a nice little gift decision, i can't complain his approach this round otherwise, he's basically taking a round off and throwing almost nothing.
