The dumbest thing about it is Joshua did well in the fight, he wasnt knocked out or completely outclassed. Even the greatest fighters of all time had a style they couldn’t deal with. He could come back and arguably beat Wilder, maybe even fury. There was no need for him to react like that. I’d be rooting for his comeback if he dealt with it with class, completely turned off now though. I kind of ignored most of the rumours about him but some of it makes a lot of sense now. A confused individual.

Come off it tho safin. None of us are great blokes....we,ve all got flaws. I think one thing joshuas done well is hes at least tried to be a decent bloke even if he has fallen short at times. He has given back financially and with his time etc. It doesnt make him a great bloke but its a lot better than being someone that people are making him out to be. Hes a flawed guy thats trying to be good but falling short at times. Dont think theres too much more to it tbh. Its not always easy being good all the time as most of us know through experience.

Regarding the black lives matter stuff. Again it hardly makes him a terrible person. I think the reality is....it must be hard for people of colour atm. Their almost being bombarded with messages of white people dont like us. I think theres manipulation at play from somewhere up above atm....someone will be making good money off that message and its not people like anthony joshua.

I think a lot of people are being manipulated with it. Britain does have a race problem....theirs always going to be idiots. But on the whole i think most of us dont even think about colour. We are all the same. Although someone somewhere is fuelling the flames to change that.

Boys like joshua and a lot of other young black people are getting caught up in it because their being told white people dont like them or whatever....day in day out. The evidence for that is there....but imo its a minority of idiots.

 

White people and white owned businesses have helped Joshua earn millions.

As for ‘there was nothing wrong with his BLM speech’ imagine the uproar if a white boxer told people not to spend money in shops owned by black people.

 

I agree poor black boys who have not had a fair shake & was in crap school system & stuck in crap jobs & on benefits & labelled criminal scum if they put one foot wrong. is understandable some of them they get caught into this & manipulated.
same for poor under privileged whites & Asians too. might understandable think society against them.

but Anthony Joshua is not of this class. he is multi millions lived charm life didn't even do real time for kilos of weed because he had talent so got all everything assist & help him achieve. Established society love him & corporate & honours from royal majesty

I give him a pass because whatever he's just boxer. no education & entitled to his opinion. but he's not poor guy who might think white people don't like him. he is super rich celebrity athlete idolize by white average middle class person who full stadium & cheer him off heads on cocaine!

 

Thats true. White people etc have helped him earn fortunes. I m not saying the message is the right message. I m saying people are being manipulated by that message. Joshua imo isnt an especially bright bloke....or not bright enough to navigate the dangers of fame....a few are tbh. Hes surrounded by people probably telling him that message....as i said there is evidence that is imo being manipulated to make it hard to argue against. Hes fell into the trap....just like many white people are also falling into the same trap right now in retaliation to the movement. Again it doesnt make you a bad fella...just a confused fella more than anything.

 

That racist speech he gave is pretty indefensible. Ironically, the truth is Joshua has been exploited by Eddie Hearn and his odious manager since he became professional. But then Joshua isn't the sharpest tool in the box is he?

The lad thinks he's Plato, Ali and Malcom X all rolled into one for some weird reason, when he's just a small time weed dealer who got a lucky break because of his physique.

He thinks hes doing it for the kids that didnt get a fair shake. Joshuas a people pleaser imo. Thats why hes struggling so badly atm and the toys came out the pram. He cant please these people anymore.

The whole episodes will end up good for him. He,ll soon realise peoples opinions etc dont define you as a person. Hes going ghrough that stage now and come out ghe other side. Flawed individual....like we all are. Bad fella....i m not so sure.
