The start of this video really gives a good impression of their size Wlad looks like the bigger man to me, slightly taller and slightly longer arms are apparent too. Wlad is clearly the naturally bigger thicker set man, AJ is a slim guy bulked up. not saying that's a bad thing or a good thing. just interesting as i expected AJ to look bigger to be honest

Yeah, I can't help but feel like this is Wlad choosing his successor. I'm still going to give Wlad a good shat at upsetting the AJ hype train.

 

Wlad did have distractions with his Mrs post natal depression so the poor showing vs Jennings and Fury maybe not just age but he'll have to be every bit as good as the guy who demolished Pulev and Chagaev (for example) to win this.
