I've always favoured Fury in this match up, his movement is Joshua's kryptonite. But it really depends what version of Fury shows up, the Ngannou or Wilder 3 version gets stopped, but the Wilder 2 or Whyte version beats him on points. Also Fury has abused his body a lot over the years, we have to see how this fitter version of Fury does vs Usyk, Fury may very well be on the slide at 35 and at 36 when he likely faces Joshua he simply might be a spent force. If he comfortably beats Usyk then yeah Ngannou was just another blip, but if he struggles looks past his best whether he wins or loses it might be an indication that he's past prime and then that make a fight with Joshua interesting.
You appear to be completely ignoring context. Fury beat Vlad by just throwing a few punches more per round in what was a low output fight, Fury got the win but it was hardly an entertain fight. Whyte was unbeaten when he fought Joshua, the version that fought Fury had been slept and been in several wars, so hardly a reasonable comparison.
AJ was impressive last night, no doubt about it. Fury was bloody awful against Ngannou. I find it hard to pick a winner between Fury and AJ. It all depends on whether Fury still has it. Joshua has proved he has, Fury has yet to.
You mean like Wallin, which people like you were hyping how good of a Boxer is, cause he schooled Fury? That guy ? How that end up ? Your hate of AJ has no limits bro ....
Not sure why you think I'm hating. So you don't think he should be fighting better opposition now? Pretty much every man and his dog wanted Joshua to fight Wilder and not wallin. By the way I gave him props for beating wallin and ngannu
Why i'm thinking your hating? Just watch your post history and everyone can see it. You are on a Fury train, and hate AJ for good. It's quite clear, whoever he fights, you won't give him any credits whatsoever. So AJ fans don't care about your opinion, just like AJ don't care. As far as Wilder goes, nice crying. Wilder ain't deserving that cash. He was offered to fight Parker in a rematch and Zhang, and he ducked them both. Wilder never wanted to fight AJ, he was protected his whole career. AJ signed to fight Wilder, and Wilder bottled it. Deal with it. AJ is on top, Wilder and Fury is on the bottom. More to come in May.
Ok Bud, All I'm saying is let's see if he can punch like that against a moving target. Keep on with the fury obsession. Whatever gets you through the day. Joshua has been avoiding wilder forever even now he's shot and old and you shills make excuses for that. I think you need a shrink pal. Cheers
The question in my mind is if Fury is still mobile. There was a time he moved extremely well for a big man. He's older and fatter now. He changed his style up to fighter Wilder and it's not clear he can go back to the stick and move style he used before.
Fury’s win over the technically limited Wilder is frankly overrated. Big Bad Femi would put him to sleep.
Of course it holds water what ? You asked me two questions. "Why didn't Joshua fight Wilder" I gave you the answer because Wilder lost 12-0 Parker ending pretty much any hope of that fight happening, as I said Joshua and Wilder were scheduled to fight eachother but both had banana skin fights. Joshua did his part by winning vs Wallin, Wilder didn't and failed against Parker hence the fight didn't happen it's pretty simple. Your other question was.... "Why doesn't Joshua fight Ruiz in a rubber match" And again I gave you the answer because Ruiz has been inactive and has only fought 4 times in 5 years, and is more interested in getting fat on the sidelines rather than fighting. As for "0-1 MMA fighter" Again blame Fury for Joshua having to fight that "0-1 MMA fighter". Fury arguably lost to Ngannou giving him clout in boxing.
Fury is done. He lost his fire and isn't interested in fighting anymore preparing for usyk and regular training rountines are a nightmare for him right now
