Buatsi is winning but it feels like he's treading on eggshells. The moment for a stoppage seems to have passed and he looks fatigued. Fighting at a slow pace suits Richards, especially as Buatsi is neglecting his left hand.

If he's trying to catch Richards unawares, he should feint and throw a left hook. It's something be hasn't really done any damage with yet, and Richards is clearly very conscious of the right overhand and uppercut.

Richards corner should tell him let Buatsi throw that 8 punch combo then go after him because he's tired after that. Buatsi starts well throwing punches moving Buatsi back (lot of them blocked) Richards with a occasional counter (usually lands). Buatsis jab is pretty fast and accurate when he throws it.
