Not sure he's quite a hype job but I get where your coming from. His moments of genuine class are few and far between - he sometimes puts his punches together beautifully - but between those all-too-brief stanzas he looks one-paced, pedestrian and bereft of ideas.

    Great fight!
Haven't been impressed by Buatsi, but he should UD/TKO Richards quite easily.
I'm sick and tired of hearing that Richards vs Bivol was a close fight...and that's what they're gonna repeat during the promotion like there's no tomorrow.

Good fight and THE fight to make at 175 in the UK right now.

Richards looked good against Bivol, won a couple of rounds and made it competitive. Didn't expect that to be honest.

Buatsi passed the Bolotniks test and looked strong as **** albeit he also showed he has some flaws and isn't a great boxer but he has the speed and power.

I'm leaning Buatsi here but Richards has a solid shot for sure.

I think Callum Smith stops them both.

Buatsi should of had this sort of fight 2 or 3 fights ago, its a joke how they've gone from wanting to fight someone like a Vlasov level opponent to this.

Yeah, that irritates me to no end. Just like Chisora vs Pulev "could have gone either way", while both fights were clear to wide for the winners in reality, but both just a failed robbery attempt.

Callum Johnson and Anthony Yarde belong above both of these guys right now.

Callum Johnson recently lost to some 40yo Russian dude and got a massive gift on the cards. No, he shouldn't be ranked above those guys. Johnson can punch like a mule but he's limited. I'd favor both Buatsi and Richards to beat him right now. And he's not getting any younger anyway.

Yarde is solid. Strong and packs some pop. But he can be outboxed and Richards is a decent boxer. Yarde vs. Buatsi is a total coin flip fight. Both are similar type of fighters.

In the end Richards, Buatsi, Yarde and Johnson are all on the same level. I'd rate Smith slightly above tho.

Agreed Johnson got lucky in his last fight

    He might have aged overnight

Anyway back to main topic, good fight and Richards will come to win
