Some jabs by Castillo. He's patient not overextending so far. Farooq also patient. Both throwing jabs. Castillo moves well but Farooq takes the center of the ring. BIG right hand by Castillo. Farooq looks rocked for a second and goes backwards, Castillo follows up but Farooq holds. Castillo fighting the Mexican style for the rest of the round. Farooq moving his head well but his offense is limited.

Castillo couldn’t establish his jab at all. Farooq landing big at close range and dominant

Another nice right hand by Castillo. Headclash. Castillo is really awkward. His right hand looks so dangerous. Farooq moving better this round and paying attention to the defense. But his offense is still limited and Castillo is doing all the quality work so far. Sharp 1,2 by Farooq. Castillo is holding now. Farooq getting close with his 1,2 now. Farooq boxing now and landing. Castillo struggling with the movement but he's still dangerous. Massive overhand by Farooq but the Mexican takes it well.

Looking easy right now, dominant on the inside and very evasive

Farooq can't miss with the right hand now. Castillo throwing wide punches and wants to fight in close range but Farooq doing a good job keeping the right distance. The fight turns into a war in the last minute. Farooq lands a massive left hook and Castillo responds with a really nice body shot. Farooq landing some more. Castillo is game tho.

Castillo 10-9

Good work on the outside, dictating the round. Farooq was holding a couple of times because he was hurt.

 

CAstillo been hitting the air. Wonder his punch stats!

Farooq lands a massive right hand and Castillo isn't even blinking. Farooq must be on a different level of featherfists lol. Castillo stalking and Farooq doing some good job with the counters and the jab. Farooq countering the wide hooks of Castillo with some really nice shots. Very competitive last minute. Farooq staying in the pocket a bit too long. Some good shots by Castillo but for the most part Farooq is controlling the round like he did in the two rounds before.

 

4th

Farooq 10-9

Castillo went all out there and gassed in the last minute. Farooq landed the cleaner punches

 

Haven't been able to catch the start of this card so may have been mentioned on the commentary already, but Castillo is deaf and mute, and due to financial circumstances wasn't able to learn universal sign language, so him and his trainer created their own signs over the decade or so they've worked together. It's an incredible story

 

Castillo jab-right hits air. Uppercut hits air swings with the hook hits air.

Another competitive round but Farooq landed more and better shots. Castillo missing a lot.

 

OMG! I feel bad for him. I was wondering something is wrong. His timing is off and reflexes. Shame on Farooq fighting a disabled guy..

Farooq starting to break Castillo down now. Although Castillo landed a great counter towards the end. Farooq doesn’t look like he will get a knock out though
