Joshua Clottey: Cotto or Cintron?

Cintron should be the easier fight, so I would pick him

Are you serious i saw a B class fighter tonight nothing special. I guess maybe i had high hopes for him. After watching him tonight i say he doesnt deserve either.

i voted for cintron but it depends....


i would contact both camps and see what both have in mind for the future because although it would be better fight wise to take a fight with cintron now to prepare for cotto later... if cotto winds up potentially considering an oscar fight ... that would more than likely lead up to a floyd fight which would mean clottey is losing out on his opprotunity to go at cotto... unless he fights cintron and wins then fights paul williams and wins.. in which case he would eventually meet up cotto regardless

 

Cintron coz he doesn't deserve Cotto.

 

I never said Cintron was that much better but he has a belt so that makes him a little better than Clottey. There is too much talent at 147 that deserves that shot more. Quintana who is fighting PW Collazo, Mosley, Margarito, or even Berto. I thought Clottey would be better but he has disappointed me.

 

Cintron does not like pressure, and Clottey would stay in his chest and chop him down.

Cotto would obviosuly be much more difficult.

 

Man Cotto would destroy Clottey, there is such a difference in skill between Clottey and Cotto. If I was Clottey I'd go after Cintron.

 

Cintron because he has a better chance of winning.

If he wins . . . then a unification with Cotto. That's gonna be the end of Clottey's career.

A fight he can definitely win. Whereas against Cotto he has little chance at all.

 

cintron of course, it's easier to get a belt that way, and try to make some money out of it.
