Joshua Clottey: "PBF is excellent but too small for WW, Margarito is normal"

This is really old,before the Margarito fight.

 

just becuase its a couple of years back doesnt mean that it isnt true, your going to argue against what a world champion says becuase it doesnt fit your arguement, basicly Clottey is saying to the Margarito haters, Tony is a normal sized welter weight

 

Exactly meaning Floyd is fighting in a weight class he doesnt belong in, in manys opinion Floyd is topped out at 140 anything above that and he is pushing himself, guys like Clottey, Williams, Margarito, and Cintron are all normal sized WW, and they all weigh about the same on fight night, Floyd does not, whats that tell you?

 

No,he said he is too small as a WW.Meaning he thinks he himself can beat him.He is just saying he wants a fight with him.At the time if he would have beaten Margarito he could have got a fight with Mayweather.

The argument between Floyd nuthuggers and Floyd haters has always been wether or not Floyd is the best Welterweight in the world.

Clottey like me thinks that Floyd is an excellent fighter, but that due to his size, he is not the best WelterWeight in the world.

floyd is a great fighter but he has to fight at 147, who is there to fight at the lower weights that will make him the millions? AM is NOT a normal sized WW, he is a MW who chooses to fight at a lower weight class where he can use his strenth and size to his advantage, because he lacks any other skill.
