    He would beat his ass all over the ring.

    I look at the top 10 ranked jmw's and I see only Andrade that would beat the grandmaster with any ease. Even canelo will have problems with Clottey. As for bumdrage, charlo, trout, Molina. They all get schooled and beaten up.

    Joshua Clottey is da man at 154lbs....

    I agree completely. I would see this somewhat similar to the Clottey-Judah matchup.

    I think Clottey back at ww might have been really underrated but how old is he now?

    Clottey always had been underrated by all. I think he won vs cotto.

    Lara didnt beat ginger, and the reason canelo / clottey didn't happen was because of the public backlash, people were claiming Clottey was too old and washed up for canelo and the fight was a cherrypick for ginger. Ginger doesn't need to fight Clottey anymore, it's like he already beat him since the public considers the fight a mismatch anyway

    I was just checking what's up with Clottey and this thread came up. Lara is indeed a good fight but I suppose Clottey would like a tune up fight first. In any case it's weird no fight has been scheduled for Clottey yet since he declared he's officially back a while ago.
