well Boxers go harder.No off season. No slack Pre season were the starters dont need to play boxers... They train 365 8-10-12 hours a day but i suppose so does lebron

 

Umm, have you seen the heavyweight division? they don't train at all. and while they have no dedicated off season the summer months are slow and if they fight 3 times a year we are lucky.

 

Chris Arreolla is not the entire heavyweight division, I mean look at vitali and vladmir those guys r rippers and they both have phd's in sports science. i called that training.

 

Why would he have seen PW fights? :huh Unless you mean he only scouts his own division.

 

No athlete trains 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. That kind of extreme training regimen will burn them out early. A more realistic schedule is 6 hours daily for 6 days a week. In Tyson's prime he would train 9 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Tyson is my relative my brother was a fighter we partied and never made it to the pros and we had all the potential my brother was just like JMM with better head movement i was like Mike Tyson with less head movement with george foreman speed. I wish I stayed in the gym 12 hours instead of treating it like it was the American Family Fitness center instead of punching a heavy bag for 5 hours and leaving after sparring I coulda spent an extra 3 hours on a speed bag. I could have hit the mits to get my accuracy right but the baddest strippers are at the Golden Lady on saturdays
