He was very defensive minded in the fight constantly on the back foot moving away some call it running.

Parker is way better than Indongo and Klitschko is light years better than Ricky Burns.. AJ should be on the p4p list now.

 

Yeah I'm saying Parker is better than Ortiz and Povetkin. He can take a punch better than both and he's faster than both. They have more experience than Parker and might be technically better but at this stage of their careers my money would be on Parker to beat both. Wilder has the reach and power so it could play out the same way as the Joshua fight went.

I'm not saying Joshua can't be beaten or that he's master the craft. You can't expect him to face everybody in 21 fights. He hasn't been protected and if he fights Wilder next or even Povetkin next then it looks like he won't be protected moving forwards.

Parker fought to keep from getting annihilated and ender long term damage.

I do understand what equates to a knockdown but you insinuated that he had in fact been dropped. Was the call correct?....of course but he still wasn't physically dropped.

Also again fighters make the belts not the other way round, now as for Povetkin he is the mandatory and it has been earned. AJ needs to fave either Povetkin or Wilder next, no crap Miller fight.

 

The heavyweight division if a joke. There are on legit fighters in this division at the time. If you think Parker is as good as prime Tyson, Lewis, Bowe, Foreman, Ali, Holyfield, ect ect ect then maybe you should just stop watching boxing. Parker is on the same level as guys like Steve Zouski from the 80s' Hell I would put Zouski above Parker. At least Steve had a better resume win or lose.

 

At this stage he maybe is better, but just because both ortiz and povetkin are past prime.

 

Of course Klitschko is he's a bonfide ATG heavyweight.
