I know styles, and I think Joshua could outbox Wilder or knock him out. If Wilder hurt Joshua, I think Joshua would just hang in there and stop Wilder on a counter.. Just too big.. Joshua will land the punch is Wilder gives him and opening.. The odd thing is, if Joshua is hurt, that means he will probably win by knockout when Wilder is careless.
Haters overlook those kinds of things, beating the #3 HW in the division big deal. Wilder beat Ortiz who himself only had 1 decent win and runs his mouth constantly. Apparently that's more impressive than winning a world HW title in your 16th fight, defending 5 times against actual competition and in the process of those 5 defenses have 2 unification fights to hold 3 of the 4 major titles (and one minor) in the span of 21 fights. Wilder didn't fight someone with a chance to beat him until his 40th fight. To me he's the one that doesn't deserve the backing he gets around here. But this place is completely ****ed up so what are ya gonna do, ya know.
Joshua has excellent fundamentals and the heart of a champion. However, steel sharpens steel and his skills hasn't been sharpened to a legendary level because he hasn't fought the type of fighters to make that possible. He is only over hyped in the UK because they bleed boxing over there and he is the best thing since Lennox but he is no Lennox by a long shot. The same goes for Wilder although he doesn't have the best fundamentals, he does posses that awe factor and charisma.
You need to follow another sport kid... And your little thread could have pertained to any fighter, clearly you don't actuality watch boxing much
This content is protected This content is protected That is truly a possibility because Joshua does stay composed under fire.
Lennox was a real deal , better than both Klits, Tyson, Holy, pretty much the best, Joshua is no Lenny and will never be.
Joshua is at the top of the heap in a lackluster division. I know a lot of people think the heavyweight division is back and full of talent, but it is nothing like it was in the 90's, Bowe, Lewis, Tyson, or even Holyfield beat everyone currently in the division 9.9 times out of 10. Anyone who says differently wasn't around back then.
exactly, but he is the best out of the current crop. You can't discredit his win over WK because "if they fought when Wlad was 35". Ifs and buts.
