This is why the Parker fight didn;t really take long to make. Higgins did the usual posturing about percentages because he has to do the promoter dance to make sure his fighter thinks he's getting as much as possible. But the reality is Higgins and the rest of team Parker are clearly smart people.
Make 5 more defences for peanuts and risk losing the belt and chance of a huge payday, or use your brain and fight now for the mega purse. It's a no brainer, Americans are empty upstairs though so they don't see it the same ha.
Parkers team now talking about getting on Aj shows going forward, because they know where the $$$ are. I like those guys, Parkers a nice guy and a proper champ and his team seem pretty easy to get along with for the most part.
