Saturday @ First Direct Arena. IBF world featherweight title on the line, Warrington's second defense.

Neither man has fought in 2019 so far. The champion is coming off a comfortable UD against Carl Frampton in his first defense, a fight chockablock with thrills & skill. The challenger outpointed a 10-4-1 journeyman from Nicaragua in December, and before that received a gift decision (I had it a draw) against North American (NABA) featherweight champion Toka Kahn-Clary in an ugly, lackluster fight.

I think Galahad has skills but it will be a big step up in class for him and he has never faced someone with Warrington's intensity. Warrington will overwhelm Galahad to a 9-3 type decision.

Galahad could surprise a few people here, he is class but Warrington is gonna outwork him and get a competitive UD

    Warrington by wide UD.
Hope he makes Atwad look bad in there.

Well only one of those two burned up some nervous energy in that face-2-face. I've nearly always picked against Warrington and always proved wrong, so he gets my nod this time. But he's usually so composed and, here, he wasn't.....

There are so many Kid Galahad fans that think he's going to beat Warrington that get awfully smarmy when you ask them why they think that. Josh has beaten Frampton and Selby, whereas Galahad has beaten...anyone? Hell, Josh has beaten Galahad twice in the amateurs, if memory serves.

In my opinion, Galahad's best win to date is still Jazza Dickens.

    Let that sink in.

Warrington is solid but not elite. He's going to outwork Galahad but the fight will be close. I predict Warrington wins a 115-113 type decision and Galahad and his team call a robbery.
