Hearn should revise his offer to a split something like 65/35. The 50mil offer comes with too many strings, namely Wilder having 100% control of the fight.

 

Isn't this where a reasonable counter offer of, "OK we will take 40 mil but the fight is in UK and we maintain some control?" since apparently control and location are the stated issues. Although it's all about the milking, really.
