Otherwise, I have direct experience of negotiation in comparable industries that negates your viewpoint. Deal points can be agreed beforehand, or they can be left on the table pending discussion of other matters. It's entirely a matter for the parties to the negotiation.

What is unusual is to preclude meetings or even further discussions until one particular aspect is agreed. Likewise selectively leaking confidential communications to the media, potentially adding misinformation, the imposition of arbitrary or unrealistic deadlines or, on the opposing side, the frequent disrespect shown to opposing principals. None of which help to create the good faith and trust required to bring a succesful negotiation to fruition.

If they accept a deal that has a sting in the tale they'll risk a media backlash that they would be wiser avoiding. Especially when the other party has already shown they're ready to leak confidential communications to the press.

That's all well and good and I'm glad to see you have at least some consistency and integrity and refreshing change to see someone who is not indulging in double standards.

However we now know what the real issue is holding up the fight. So all the presumptions about how the offer was presented is neither here or there when the fact is the Hearn's wish to delay the fight. These are the hard facts which have to go by, words which are on record clearly stating they don't want the fight right not. They don't want it right now and probably never will until they can see clear signs Wilder has completely broken down and deteriorated

The zombies and apologists can attempt to spin the blame back on Wilder, but it's there in black and white that Hearn and his slave don't want the fight.

You will never write back and say I need to see proof of finances because I don't believe you have the money to fund this sale.

This is would undoubtedly scupper any negotiations and the deal would fall through.

Nevertheless Hearn has now said he never asked for proof of funds. AJ and the Hearns know the deal is real. All they have to do is push for the fight and it will happen just like they did with Klitschko. If they really wanted the fight to happen they wouldn't have offered flat fee offers to Wilder. They'd have given him the same deal they gave to Parker.

Now wilder has called their bluff and backed them in a corner and they are contradicting themselves every day.

Today they are talking about waiting a year before they think Joshua should take the fight. And I believe this is due to the fact that they are aware that the roids would have been completely flushed out of AJ's system by that time. He will then be able to fight in the states in full confidence that the he won't get caught for cheating. They know full they test him thoroughly in the states and he'll end up like Canelo if he was to go over there during this period of time.

And of course they don't want the fight, since their intention is to milk his brand and con the public to the limit, before he is thrown out to the lions.

Actually you do need proof of funds when buying a house, if you are a cash buyer you need to prove you have the funds. Likewise, if you are requiring a mortgage you need a DIP to prove eligibility, so while an estate agent can accept a blind offer with no proof of funding, any reputable or competent agent would want to know the buyer can prove funds before entertaining an offer. Otherwise, once it goes to sh!t the seller will simply fire them and look for someone who knows what they are doing.

By all means have an opinion, but please don't make out that your opinions are anything close to factual or reality, because you clearly don't know how a property or fight negotiations work by your misinformed opening statement. Looks like your parents will be homing you for the foreseeable future...
