ATG? He is yet to best anyone with any skill. Lol anybody would think he has dominated the division for years.
Joshua supersedes the ATG list. He is the Champ, and Ali and co are his contenders ranked 1-10. :deal
It could also be Dominic Breazeale: I'm sure his name has been mentioned by some as a possible next opponent for Joshua. As far as I'm aware, Stiverne was last ranked at 11th by the IBF.
Going down the IBF ranks, it looks like these guys are the guys left after you remove everyone who: 1. Already has a scheduled match. 2. Is out of commission for like drugs or injury. Stiverne Breazeale Andy Ruiz Jr. (He's against a TBA, so probably not him) Duahaupas If Hearn said it's an American, I guess that would mean Breazeale? Breazeale hasn't faced anyone even remotely good (aside from a 43 year old Mansour), but has some hype as a "prospect" (even though he's been pro for 3.5 years). That totally fits Joshua's usual style for his opponents. Maybe Hearn will surprise us and give us the best of the bunch though: Stiverne. Stiverne would be nice, but he's currently too established as a decent fighter, so Hearn will probably steer clear. As Breazeale is pretty much completely untested, Hearn's mouth is probably watering.
Breazeale is also in the IBF's top 15, so Eddie Hearn can use that ranking as an excuse to justify taking Breazeale as a mandatory / voluntary for Joshua.
