Joshua in trouble, WBA has voted for VADA mandatory testing for top 15 fighters!

Why is this only about Joshua now?
Finally another one of the 4 is implementing VADA, and that itself will make the sport a lot cleaner.
Now hopefully the IBF follows next, because I expect a lot of flies to drop in their rankings if they do.

 

VADA isn't a laboratory, they don't actually run the tests. You fundamentally misunderstand the process lol.

 

Joshua isn't in trouble. Big money fighters don't get caught. Even if he tested positive for all kind of PEDs, he would get a retroactive TUE just like Mayweather.

Yep it doesn't matter who oversees this **** VADA or UKAD, as long as AJ uses UK based labs he will always test 'negative'.

 

Joshua has big money behind him so he's safe for now. It's almost always the foreign and lesser known guys who take the fall instead.

 

Joshua’s tests for his next 4 fights have already come back clean.

 

Technically, you don't cheat the tests or that is if there's corruption you don't commit it at the lab level. Any WADA credited lab would be committing suicide by losing their accreditation. If there is corruption, it would happen at the sanctioning body as they have all the power. The testing agencies like VADA actually have little power since there is no singular governing body that gives them power. VADA gets the results from lab, reports it to sanctioning body, aka WBA. The WBA can then sweep it under the rug, etc or depending on their contract with VADA.

For ex. with Lance Armstrong, he had the UCI under his thumb. When he would get popped, they would issue him a retroactive TUE, regardless of the lab that tested him, or the agency (AFLD) involved. And WADA could do jack about it since it fell under the veil of a TUE.

Not saying there is corruption going on here, but if there was it would go all the way back to the sanctioning body. There is no gain for any agency or lab to stoop to this level as they would lose their livelihood when caught.

AJ wasn't expected to take gold in the olympics, he wasn't even expected to make the team.


Dispels the "big money fighters get away with it" and "Hearn has deep pockets" nonsense.

Guy has done nothing to suggest he isn't clean.

Not sure that explains anything. This here explains everything, everything I wrote in the post above.

VADA doesn't run the lab, the tests, or even take the samples. This is all contracted out, literally. lol. And the kicker is that the results gets sent to the appropriate adjudicating commission aka the sanctioning body.

 

wladimir klitschko is practically the same size as AJ, he also isn't a self confessed protein drinking weightlifter and if he was he could easily be bigger than AJ if he bulked up. Yet over all the years nobody ever called him out for being juiced to the gills. Why is it only AJ? I am not even saying AJ is clean, not saying he's dirty either, But one of the longest reigning hw champs was dam near the same size yet nobody called him out.

 

If VADA contract out the tests to other organisations....then it's still the same for every fighter no?

Joshua has been tested since his amateur days.....100% Clean.

 

Well apparently AJ is juicing up to get so 'big'.
Yet apparently AJ is 'too big' and it is causing him stamina issues.


So according to the logic on here, AJ is juicing up to give him disadvantages.
