Exactly, they do the same thing every other agency does, the same way, same same. It's no different. The only difference is that they don't and are not supposed to deal directly with promoters and end users, like Mayweather and GBP. Oh just like USADA did in being paid directly by Mayweather. That's clearly a major source for corruption when the agency reports to the the boxer they are supposed to test. This is one thing VADA does not do, nor any agency worth a lick.

I don't mind the people who say "all top athletes are doping (or most)", at least they're consistent, there is a real scummy element of posters on here though that will only ever accuse a certain boxers of doping.

And technically, he hasn't passed VADA as an amateur since they didn't even exist back then. VADA only exists now because there were people fed up with the status quo and USADA. The godfather of US antidoping, the foremost authority on the doping science helped build VADA instead of going to USADA. Chew on that for a minute roflmao.

VADA doesn't do the Olympics, USADA does under WADA. If there's some point in that video that says otherwise then point it out. Clearly you are ****ing clueless as VADA is only a couple years old, has no contract with the Olympics at all.
