***Joshua is mentally shot***

No, he’s not. AJ proved that he’s more than capable of coming back and mentally recovering, both during a fight and in the aftermath of it. This is just a lame attempt to discredit a great performance which will rival Canelo’s status as the P4P king(which is probably the agenda behind this thread) and may well bring Usyk his second fighter of the year award.

 

As already mentioned both “types” of Joshua have lost and lost badly so if he is serious about continuing he needs to bring in a new team around him and forget the immediate rematch and go away and rebuild but again like others have mentioned that is probably Joshua finished. The only reason Joshua did not get stopped last night is because Usyks corner told him not to stop him . That in a nutshell shows the size of Joshua’s loss last night, a unified Champions opponent being told by his corner not to stop him !

 

AJ isn't finished because he didn't take a career ending beating.

He might have underestimated Usyk's chin and thought he would land a few good ones and it would be over.

Take the last rd away, and it's a lackluster fight where both fighters are afraid to get clipped and refuse to take chances. After 11 rds it would have been hard to take the title away from AJ because Usyk was just armpunching like he always does.

I think AJ will use more the uppercut in the rematch: the few times he clipped Usyk, he immediately went on his bicycle.

 

As I predicted. Usyk mentally destroyed the body builder.
