Pretty sure Lomachenko is going by results in combination with impact to the sport along with skill. So Crawford became undisputed and so did Usyk. Crawford has been at the top of multiple divisions so he's ahead of Usyk. Joshua... Okay #3 is really high for him but he does have the best resume at HW and hasn't had a controversial win. Canelo beat Golovkin so he's going to be in the top 5 but it was controversial. Spence has the Brook win and is considered the #1 WW.

All could be argued in that list. Okay maybe not the last two.

 

It's not the same when they're 1.70 60kg and 2.00 110kg.2m heavyweight can't move so fast like the small fighters and their style will be much different.But of course i also think that (peak) Pac is much closer to the perfection than Joshua.And btw he(Pac) has muuuch more 5 star fights(in boxrec, fights between two with 300, 400(or more) poinst) than Lomachenko, and maybe one life wouldn't be enough for Lomachenko to beat that.
P.S.I think Lomachenko is higher than Joshua in p4p.
