I don't think a rematch here in NZ would make as much money. For that reason, Parker himself might not want to fight here. People here would probably go to see Joshua in the flesh.

First & foremost, like every fight, I hope the best man on the night wins. That brings me to my main concern. I cannot see Joseph Parker ever getting a dec win in England, Before you attack me I'm a born & bred Brit myself but also believe corruption in boxing is world wide

Yeah wobbled slightly by Whyte after walking directly on to the shot, then being put down by a HUUUUGE Klitschko right hand and getting up without too much problems makes him glass jawed around here. Forget the fact these are 240lb men with bricks for hands! Far too much is made over the Whyte 2nd round, he staggered, but didn't even need to clinch or hold on for dear life, it was about 10 seconds of pressure where he had his legs under him, stayed composed and still ended the round better. This is the problem with this place, too many posters watch a couple of fights and think they know it all. I've been watching this sport for 30+ years and to me, Joshua was not even anywhere near remotely close to even going down against Whyte, let alone being knocked out. Absurd.

Joshua's got an ok jaw from what I've seen. He walked onto the Whyte shot and was totally gassed when Wlad hit him. In both instances you're less than prepared for the impact of the punch.

Parker's jaw's a little unproven for me, personally. He's never fought a huge puncher, and never taken the sort of brain rattling shots Joshua has. He tends to get hit a lot, which might lead some people to think he's more resilient than he is, but he also rides shots well and rarely gets hit flush except on the counter. I don't see anything to suggest he's weak jawed, but there's no evidence that he's got a markedly better chin than Joshua.

I've already did a full thread of first loss fighters showing when they took their first L..some even had them in the first fight. Maybe I should do first knockdowns too to continue to educate the forum and see who was knocked down by who...lol

Really don't think some have grasped the concept that the objective is to hit the other guy? Its like if they were to complain in a football game that the other team is overrated BC they had a touchdown scored on them...lol
