    Nothing tougher than a journeyman that goes in there week in week out, as you said you can't help but respect the hustle. There's an art to being a great journeyman too, not all of them are totally unskilled and rein it in deliberately to help prospects develop. It's a very selfless task that takes a lot of restraint and courage to master.
