Here is a basic rundown of the figures: 30,000 at 100 pound (3 mil) 20,000 at 150 pound (3 mil) 20,000 at 300 pound (6 mil) 15,000 at 500 pound (7.5 mil) 5,000 at 1000 pound (5 mil) (not confirmed prices) Total: 24.5 million pounds (tickets will probably cost more, so more than 25 mil) PPV Assuming it does 1.5 mil (which is more than achievable, 250k more than Hatton-Mayweather) 1,500,000 x 16.95 25.4 mil pounds Total: 50 million pounds ($62,872,500) This is excluding sponsors etc... Easily the biggest fight in boxing since MayPac. Joshua will bring home more than 30 million
They'll charge more for the PPV too - probably £25. And I reckon it'll do closer to, if not more than, 2m buys. It's definitely the money fight in the division.
