The guy is 6'6'' 250 lbs lean, athletic, fast, strong and explosive. His arms looks like a trucks. Whyte has no chance to beat monster like that.

I don't even think of Whyte as a serious challenge, not sure why he's made out to be one.

Yes. Amateur Solis or Teofilo Stevenson would school Joshua.

Whyte has ability, can punch a bit, appears to have a decent chin and is not on the down slope of his career. He will also come to fight, unlike a lot of AJ's opposition. Having a guy in there with career ambitions of his own will bring the best out of him. Despite Whyte's comparative lack of resume it will probably be AJ's toughest test to date and it will hopefully answer a few of the many questions left that he needs to answer.

It's not a 50/50 fight like many are making out, but it should be fairly competitive at times before AJ starts taking over.

I think two young prospects fighting this early is good.

Joshua fights like Frankenstein 2.0. He's too upright and stiff while letting his hands go and when resetting. It's a recipe for disaster once he faces a live body and that disaster might become front page news this saturday

MrFoFody - AJ is quite fluid when letting his hands go. He has some quickness and varies the power in his shots well. But, he can be a bit to upright for my liking.

I don't think he is stiff like Bruno was. I think because he doesn't always turn his shoulders fully into his shots (like Wlad), this gives the impression that he may look a bit stiff.

AJ is way to fast for Whyte. This is a massive mismatch.

Exactly, people are making it out like this is one of those that can go either way, if Joshua is the real deal which I think he is, he should beat Whyte handily, period.

I think this is the work of the media trying to hype his opponent to make Joshua beating him into a bigger deal than it is therefore more hype, or maybe it's to sell the fight better, or both.

I think AJs for real. If this goes beyond 4-5 rounds I'd be very surprised. Whyte is a roid MMA clown with zero handspeed. If AJ can't dominate him then he isn't fit for world level!

I wouldn't go that far but yeah, if he doesn't put on a really impressive showing I'd be asking questions whether he's all that he's made out.

How real a deal do you suppose Joshua is? Next dominant HW champ material? A solid champion who will hold world titles but with no substantial reign? Worse?
