This content is protected Have a look at around 2:25 in the video when Joshua starts throwing punches. A lot of people are claiming "oh that was a nervous laugh from Parker, he knows he's getting smashed" etc. But to me, it wasn't this at all. It was more a laugh of defiance - as if to say 'you can try whatever you want mate...' or maybe he just thought it was a cringe moment from Joshua. Thoughts? PS - i bet he was probably laughing at something else entirely lol
Joe is a very calm bloke, he isn't fazed one bit about whats ahead of him. You have to remember, like AJ, he has been followed heavily by the media since turning pro. This sort of stuff is just business for him.
It reminded me of when Floyd threw shadow punches at a presser in front of McGregor it made him feel calmer, this is a big event AJ is handling it well so is Parker Bruno would have bottled it like he did v Tyson, Parker is not intimidating like Tyson, these two look calm and pro.
He's going into the biggest fight of his life against a very large, undefeated man who is going to try to seriously injure him. He is supposed to be nervous.
i think people just tend to read too much in these things Just look at this This content is protected
Both look pretty relaxed to me. Neither seemed overly awed by the event. Both have been champions for a while now and know what it's like the have a nations hopes upon their broad shoulders. I doubt either will crumble under the pressure or will allow nerves to effect their performance.
