my prediction, if a Joshua/Parker or Joshua/Wilder fight doesn't materialize. I say... -Joshua/Miller at an overseas venue, maybe NYC or Nigeria. -Wilder/Brazeale in Alabama -Parker/Browne in either Australia or NZ.
Next? Hmmmm Doesnt AJ have to fight Pulev for step aside stuff?? The funny thing is all 3 might fight another meaningless fight before anyone steps up. The way to more power is to beat it, if they want to increase their percent let Wilder fight Parker next. I bet that wont happen because neither will want to risk their AJ millions. And i dont even like AJ all that much. Just being real about the current situation. In all fairness, three great fights with these 3 guys that hopefully get made in 2018!! Or at least a couple of them, lol
i dont read the rules so i may be wrong but as far as i know pulev pulling out meant takam took his place as mandatory and now pulev will have to wait at least 18 months before joshua is due another mandatory .
True. Same thing happened when Povetkin pulled out and Wlad rematched Tiger Tony instead. That became the IBF mando.
there isnt any one to fight. the division does not have much going on. im not interested in less there fighting eachother.
I would guess Joshua - Pulev??? Wilder - Miller/Beazeale??? Parker - Price/Martin/Kownacki??? Probably be completely wrong
Joshua v Parker appears to tick all the boxes but Fast Eddie isn't flashing the cash. And Fast Eddie says this morning that Miller needs "one or two" more. Hmmmmm. I'll go with Parker v Big Daddy (good fight with higher risk for Parker than people might think), Deontay v Breazer (another good fight despite the nay sayers) & Joshua v a stooge (i.e. not one of Miller, Parker or Wilder). If Fast Eddie doesn't deliver one of Miller, Parker or Wilder, it could be tough to avoid stooge city. Maybe Bryant Jennings in the US if he wins next month (obviously not stooge city).
I think Joshua will fight either Parker, or Wilder next. I think Joshua vs Povetkin is the closest to competitive Joshua will get, and the most exciting fight out there. But the fans want a unification, and I think that is what we will see next.
