settle down he will get to Ortiz after pulev . pulev has been a mandatory for longer then Ortiz so he gets his shot first.

 

I like this fight, I like Pulevs jab to the body. He should have some success against AJ before he's stopped

Anyone remember when Danny Williams flew over to fight for the euro title and get stopped by sinan samil Sam?

 

Yeah I remember that fight. Was screaming at the TV for Williams to keep his left hand up, how many times does a guy have to bounce his right hand off your face, over your low left before you figure out to keep your hands up.

 

cardiff makes sense as its a very big stadium with a closing roof which in the uk at night at the end of october it can get down to freezing at 10 oclock at night ala bruno v lewis.

as for pulev he is a solid number 1 contender / he will need to establish his jab v aj because as of late pulev has engaged a jab and clinch stratergy / hard to do against aj because of the height and strength advantages aj will have.

still it will show if aj can adapt / i think he will have a look for 3 rounds and then IMO his success will come when he decides to walk through pulev as i dont think pulev can cope with aj trying to steamroll him.

 

Me my dad and brother were watching it live screaming at the telly!! Loved Williams back then when he would charge out of his corner and just go for it guns blazing

 

This. Pulev is too limited and lacks any power to trouble Joshua. But, I will say that Pulev has great mangement, since he's been consistently ranked in the top four after getting completely destroyed by Wlad. Pulev wasn't competitive in that fight at all and still maintained his standing.
