Joshua says he doesn't want Wilder coming in the ring.

    This is unsourced and unreported, but there is suspicion that Joshua employs a 'lights man,' in order to lead him and ensure the lights are turned on and the room is checked out thoroughly prior to Joshua entering, in the event that Wilder is lurking in there, unsuspectedly.

    Apparently, Joshua has been spotted at the local Tesco purchasing a night light, so he can go to sleep and prevent the nightmares that have been occurring regularly, leaving him in cold sweats. It is said his nightmares typically consist of him appearing to wake up normally, than walk down the stairs, only to be met by Wilder who says, "I declare war upon you. Do you accept my challenge? I know I'm the champion, I know I'm the best. Are you up for the test?"

    Will he be able to recover from this?

    Now, Joshua doesn't want Wilder coming in the ring. It said that hey are close to ensuring that Wilder is taken out of the arena. A communication document is already being drafted in the event that Joshua hears an Alabama accent and loses concentration in the ring.

    Considering Wilder has a clear, deep rooted obsession with Joshua I think it’s probably a good idea to employ someone to make sure he’s not lurking in his dressing room/house.

    AJ is scared. Wilder will call him out and call him a coward to his face. He's scared of looking like a mug in front of the whole world. What a joke.

    Can Joshua pull off the angry confrontation?

    I feel like Joshua would just stand there awkwardly as Wilder yelled nonsense at him.

    I suspect Joshua would end up looking weak. His leash is too short.

    maybe so but barring wilder from the event is worse and possibly unprecedented

    it's not like lennox looked all that tough when Tyson confronted him

    Or Wilder is annoying him to the point where he's worried he might not be able to keep up his nice guy persona and revert to being angry Big Femi and end up smacking Deontay in his big mouth. It could happen.

    Then there is the potential for him to be made to look as foolish as Wilder did when drunken Fury stormed the ring against him. He's a pretty poor trash talker Joshua.
