Since when has Ruiz ever been compared to Povetkin? Their both under 6'5 that's about it.

Ruiz isn't $hit so expect him to land, I think some people think this is like AJ fighting a journeyman, it won't be. This is actually a better fight than Miller and will be a lot more competitive.

This is what AJ 23 fight he's still learning.

Ruiz biggest problem is his feet. His hands are quick but his feet are in quicksand.

I think AJ wins ofc but some fighters retreat and go into survival mode when they feel the weight of Joshua's shots. If that happens it could go the full 12. Hopefully Ruiz comes to fight and goes out on his shield.

It was only Parker mate who survived for 12 rounds, Ruiz will be another Molina.

Ruiz will give it a go but will get countered and busted up. I can see him bruised and bleeding, either quitting on his stool or the towel will come in around 5/6.

The only way Joshua loses is if he suffers a freak injury, like blowing out his ACL. And given the track record of this promotion, I wouldn't rule it out.

Can you imagine if Joshua blew out his ACL, and Ruiz won the titles? And Joshua had to sit out for a while?

How quickly do you think Hearn would cancel Whyte's fight with Rivas and put Whyte in a title fight with Ruiz?

Would it be days or minutes after the fight? (LOL)

His sparring drills should just consist of Ruiz throwing punches to his sparring partners upper thighs - like Bud Crawford.

Clearly, you can score a win doing that in the U.S.

It would be classic if the two most famous British fighters lost in the US weeks apart on low blows.

Ah, the possibilities. What other bizarre way could Joshua lose to Ruiz, because it won't be on points or by scoring a legit KO.

    LOOOOOOOL

Why do I get the feeling that you dream every night of Joshua having a freak accident in the ring and losing his belts, or Hearn getting hit by a bus??

The real question is can AJ beat Ruiz Jr with a torn ACL....

    I think he still can...

Given Joshua's build and he'll be trying to sidestep and push fat Ruiz off of him, I think it's definitely a possibility. Ripped, heavily muscled NFL players tear ACLs and meniscus all the time.

You've got to remember, this card is cursed.

    You think? (sarcasm)

Ruiz isn't rated in the top 10 by any governing body. He isn't rated in the top 10 by Ring. He isn't rated in the top 10 by Boxrec. He isn't rated at all by the WBC or the WBO.

He's giving up nearly a foot in reach and doesn't punch very hard.

Are you sure he isn't going to go the distance and win a decision and the titles?

    Easy target practice for Aj.
This will be the exact workout Aj gets with the heavy bags,. Too bad Ruiz couldn't take the punishment the heavy bags take daily.

Total utter mismatch, what do your expect when your opponent juices thsn much with multiple different juices..

This will be easier than potvitkon, breazeale and if course wlad.

Looking at another guy who claims to walk this earth life a God, a God who can't defend himself
