To be fair, so what if it’s not his true character? It’s his job and has to act professional and put across a good image. If everyone at work showed their true character no one would have jobs.

Is it possible he’s just being himself well spoken, well versed but also a normal human that struggles to balance his personal morals with societies standard of universal ethics?
